Refund Policy
We are committed to transparency. This policy explains when refunds apply, how to request one, and what is not covered.
Scope of Services
This policy applies to all services offered by Multi Marketer, including but not limited to:
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following specific conditions:
Service Not Commenced
Cancel in writing within 48 hours of payment and before any work starts — full refund, minus bank or payment processing fees.
Service Not Delivered
If we fail to deliver a contracted service due to a reason solely within our control, a pro-rated refund for the undelivered portion will be issued after a formal review.
Duplicate Payment
If charged twice for the same service due to a technical error, the duplicate charge is refunded in full within 7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:
Media budgets paid to advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) are governed solely by those platforms' own policies.
Any service, deliverable, or campaign fully or partially executed — strategies delivered, campaigns launched, content published.
Monthly retainer fees for services already rendered within that billing period.
Software subscriptions, stock imagery, domain registrations, or tool licences purchased on your behalf.
Any expedited service or priority handling fees.
Strategy sessions, audits, and consulting hours that have been delivered.
Cancellation Policy
Monthly Retainer Clients
Provide 30 days' written notice to accounts@multi-marketer.com. Services continue through the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds for unused days within a paid month.
Project-Based Engagements
Cancellation after project commencement results in a charge for work completed to date at our standard hourly rates. Any remaining balance is returned after deducting completed work costs.
Live Advertising Campaigns
Cancellation is processed within 24 business hours. You remain liable for all ad spend incurred up to the point of confirmed cancellation.
How to Request a Refund
Send to accounts@multi-marketer.com with subject: "Refund Request – [Your Company Name]"
Your full name, company, invoice number, payment date, and reason for the request.
Our team acknowledges within 2 business days and completes the review within 10 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank.
